Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks according to established recipes and quality standards
- Operate POS systems efficiently and accurately process customer transactions
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas
- Provide outstanding customer service and build relationships with regular patrons
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Positive attitude and passion for customer service
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- No prior coffee experience required (training provided)
