- Manage VIP check-in and credential verification protocols
- Coordinate vendor logistics and operational setup at premium venues
- Deliver brand ambassador services for Fortune 500 clients
- Handle emergency response procedures for large-scale gatherings
- Maintain flawless event aesthetics through stage management
- Provide real-time client communication via digital platforms
Qualifications
- 2+ years premium event experience with luxury brands
- TABC certification and crowd management certification
- Proficiency in event tech platforms (Eventbrite, Cvent)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills preferred
- Exceptional crisis resolution and conflict management abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Availability for evening/weekend shifts with 24hr notice
