Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services through greeting, registration, and attendee assistance
- Manage event setup/breakdown including seating, signage, and equipment coordination
- Enforce venue safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless operations
- Handle ticket scanning, credential verification, and crowd control
- Resolve attendee inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of event spaces throughout shifts
Qualifications
- Previous event staffing, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Punctual with reliable transportation to downtown Detroit venues
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
- Must be 18+ and able to work in the US without sponsorship
