Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and register guests during evening shifts with professionalism and attention to detail
- Manage multi-line phone system, directing calls and taking accurate messages
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless guest operations
- Handle check-in/check-out procedures using property management systems
- Process payments and manage financial transactions securely
- Maintain pristine front desk appearance and common areas
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with exceptional service
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or customer service role
- Proficiency with reservation systems (e.g., Opera, PMS)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Memphis attractions and local services
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
