Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and credentialing at high-traffic events
- Coordinate venue access and directional guidance for attendees
- Execute setup/teardown protocols for stage areas and exhibit booths
- Monitor crowd flow and enforce safety protocols during events
- Assist with VIP hospitality and special guest accommodations
- Operate event technology systems including credential scanners and PA systems
- Document incident reports and coordinate with security teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality, retail, or event services
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in dynamic environments
- Strong communication skills with multilingual capabilities preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of event safety protocols (OSHA/ANSI)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and operate manual/electric equipment
