Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest experiences at premier Baltimore venues
- Manage registration/check-in systems with precision
- Coordinate VIP hospitality and premium service areas
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure flawless event execution
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and poise
- Conduct post-event debriefs and quality assessments
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years event hospitality or customer service experience
- Valid Maryland Food Handler/ServSafe certification preferred
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with event management software (Cvent, Eventbrite)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
