Responsibilities
- Attend mandatory paid training sessions covering event operations, safety protocols, and client service standards
- Execute setup/teardown procedures for diverse events (concerts, corporate functions, festivals)
- Provide exceptional guest services and maintain venue safety standards during events
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution
- Operate technical equipment under supervision (AV, lighting, crowd control systems)
- Document event activities and provide post-event feedback for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Professional demeanor and commitment to safety-first protocols
