Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/checkouts with precision using our provided PMS system
- Handle multi-line phone calls and manage reservations via our booking platformProcess payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with exceptional service
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams
- Assist with concierge services and local recommendations
- Maintain a pristine reception area with provided equipment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with reservation systems and POS software
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently in evening shifts (3PM-11PM)
- Valid Hawaii driver's license (if driving company vehicles)
- Basic knowledge of Hawaiian culture and attractions
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Must pass background check and drug screening
