Responsibilities
- Operate provided event equipment including registration systems, branded displays, and interactive tech
- Manage guest interactions using company-provided communication devices and branded materials
- Execute setup/breakdown of event infrastructure with supplied tools and branded furniture
- Conduct brand activations using provided promotional materials and interactive displays
- Maintain equipment inventory and report maintenance needs via company systems
- Coordinate with onsite team using provided communication protocols and devices
- Ensure all company-provided assets are securely stored post-event
Qualifications
- Must be available for evening/weekend events with flexible scheduling
- Ability to operate provided event technology (tablets, registration systems, etc.)
- Strong customer service skills with ability to represent brands professionally
- Experience with event setups using provided equipment preferred
- Reliable transportation to event venues across Atlanta
- Ability to lift 25 lbs with provided moving equipment
- Basic tech troubleshooting skills for company-provided devices
- Must pass background check and provide two professional references
