Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through proactive engagement and problem-solving

- Execute setup/breakdown procedures with precision and efficiency
- Coordinate with vendors and team leads to maintain operational excellence

Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or event experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in dynamic environments
- Flexibility with evening/weekend/holiday scheduling
- Strong attention to detail and crisis management aptitude
- Texas Food Handler/Seller certification (or willingness to obtain)
