Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee beverages following artisanal recipes
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm hospitality
- Maintain pristine workspace through systematic cleaning and equipment maintenance
- Efficiently manage POS transactions and cash handling with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Source and showcase seasonal coffee beans and local pastries
- Participate in monthly coffee tasting sessions and skill development workshops
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience in high-volume settings
- Advanced knowledge of espresso extraction, latte art, and brewing methods
- Proven ability to multitask in fast-paced environments while maintaining composure
- Exceptional communication skills with diverse clientele
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- ServSafe Food Handler certification or willingness to obtain
