Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company's comprehensive 2026 AI roadmap, aligning technical innovation with long-term business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the research, design, and deployment of advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI agents.
- Establish rigorous governance frameworks for ethical AI usage, ensuring compliance with evolving global standards and bias mitigation protocols.
- Conduct deep-dive competitive analysis to identify emerging trends in the 2026 tech ecosystem and capitalize on first-mover advantages.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to translate complex technical strategies into compelling narratives for investors and stakeholders.
- Oversee the integration of AI-driven analytics to optimize operational efficiency and drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or a related strategic technology field.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technology projects from concept through to production-scale deployment.
- Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, responsible AI principles, and the ability to implement complex compliance frameworks.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern software development lifecycle (SDLC).
