Responsibilities
- Lead Research: Spearhead the research and development of advanced machine learning models, specifically focusing on the 2026 paradigm shift in AI scalability and efficiency.
- Prototype Development: Design, implement, and prototype novel neural architectures that bridge the gap between Generative AI and deterministic logic systems.
- Model Optimization: Optimize large-scale models for low-latency inference and high-throughput training on distributed quantum-ready hardware.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, conducting code reviews, and establishing best practices for the research team.
- Collaboration: Partner with product teams to translate theoretical research into deployable, high-impact software solutions.
- Patent Filing: Document research findings and contribute to intellectual property through patent applications and white papers.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Computational Neuroscience.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in developing, deploying, and optimizing AI/ML models at scale.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Ray, Kubernetes).
- Specialized Knowledge: Demonstrated expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Reinforcement Learning, or Quantum Machine Learning concepts.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to identify complex technical challenges and derive innovative, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
