In this pivotal role, you will design and implement hybrid quantum-classical algorithms that push the boundaries of what is possible. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deploy neural interfaces and ethical AI frameworks that define the standard for 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of next-generation AI models optimized for quantum hardware environments.
- Develop and deploy scalable neural networks capable of processing real-time quantum data streams.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize algorithms for quantum processors and neuromorphic chips.
- Establish best practices for AI safety, bias mitigation, and ethical governance in autonomous systems.
- Conduct research into emerging paradigms such as holographic computing and brain-computer interfaces.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for stakeholders and clients.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or quantum computing.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Qiskit.
- Strong understanding of quantum mechanics principles and their application in algorithm design.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Track record of publishing research papers or leading open-source projects in AI/Quantum fields.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
