Responsibilities
- Design & Deploy: Architect and implement robust, scalable AI/ML pipelines using Python and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize large language models (LLMs) for reduced latency and higher accuracy.
- Research & Innovation: Conduct research to identify new architectures and techniques for the 2026 AI landscape.
- MLOps Integration: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models to ensure continuous delivery and monitoring.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Architecture: Deep understanding of distributed systems, data structures, and algorithmic complexity.
- Tools: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native services.
