Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art generative AI models and LLMs using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Performance Optimization: Implement advanced optimization techniques to ensure low-latency inference and high-throughput processing for real-time applications.
- Research Integration: Stay ahead of the curve by integrating the latest research findings from top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML) into our production pipelines.
- Model Evaluation: Establish rigorous evaluation frameworks and metrics to measure model performance, fairness, and robustness.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in building and deploying machine learning systems at scale.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and modern NLP frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain).
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of transformer architectures, fine-tuning strategies (PEFT, LoRA), and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of tackling complex algorithmic challenges and optimizing model efficiency.
