Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Machine Learning pipelines and generative models.
- Optimize existing models for high-throughput inference and reduced latency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, Security) to integrate AI solutions into real-world applications.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and model evaluation to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for MLOps and data governance.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI safety, fairness, and explainability.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (5+ years of relevant experience).
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of building and deploying production-grade NLP or Computer Vision models.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with data engineering, feature stores, and model versioning (MLflow).
- Familiarity with AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
