Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art Machine Learning models and deep neural networks.
- Lead the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle from data ingestion and feature engineering to model training and deployment.
- Optimize existing AI infrastructure to ensure high throughput and low latency in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Data Science, and Engineering to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in AI/ML and evaluate the potential for integration into our product suite.
- Ensure model fairness, transparency, and ethical compliance in all AI deployments.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, AWS SageMaker, or GCP AI Platform).
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision.
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready machine learning products.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
