Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy scalable Machine Learning models and AI agents focused on autonomy and reasoning.
- Optimize deep learning pipelines to ensure low-latency inference in high-throughput environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, product managers, and engineers to define technical requirements.
- Research and prototype novel algorithms to stay ahead of emerging industry trends (e.g., Multimodal AI, Generative AI).
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Implement robust CI/CD pipelines to automate model training and deployment cycles.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and NLP techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of taking models from research prototypes to production-ready software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
