Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical vision and architectural roadmap for AI initiatives leading up to 2026.
- Design and implement robust, high-performance machine learning systems and scalable infrastructure.
- Lead a team of top-tier engineers to deliver complex projects on time and within scope.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Neural Interfaces) for future adoption.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical strategies.
- Ensure code quality, system scalability, and security compliance across all AI projects.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams and technical projects.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-based machine learning platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
