Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design, develop, and deploy advanced Machine Learning models and Large Language Models (LLMs) for production environments.
- Roadmap Leadership: Define the technical roadmap for our 2026 AI initiatives, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Optimization: Continuously optimize model performance, latency, and accuracy to meet enterprise-grade standards.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, Engineering) to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into user products.
- Research: Stay ahead of the curve with cutting-edge research in Generative AI and Neural Networks.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on Deep Learning.
- Programming: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Frameworks: Strong understanding of MLOps, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Language: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges in high-pressure environments.
