Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and generative AI solutions using Python and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing algorithms for performance, latency, and accuracy, ensuring production-grade reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and integrate cutting-edge methodologies into our product suite.
- Implement robust data pipelines and ensure data integrity throughout the model lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
- Proven experience deploying models to production environments using cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of neural network architectures, transformers, and LLMs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
