Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures capable of autonomous decision-making in dynamic environments.
- Lead the research and development of Generative AI models, optimizing for accuracy, latency, and resource efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents into existing enterprise infrastructure seamlessly.
- Establish robust safety protocols and ethical guidelines for autonomous system deployment.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of complex datasets to drive model training and validation strategies.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools.
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering and fine-tuning large language models (LLMs).
