Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable machine learning pipelines for next-gen applications with a focus on efficiency and scalability.
- Lead the integration of advanced neural networks into our existing core product ecosystems.
- Conduct research into emerging AI paradigms, including generative models and reinforcement learning.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and technical roadmaps.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and data privacy compliance in all model deployments.
- Optimize model performance for latency and throughput in high-traffic environments.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Extensive experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Experience with MLOps, containerization (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines.
