Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures for complex, real-time data processing systems.
- Research & Development: Lead the exploration of cutting-edge machine learning techniques, including Generative AI and Reinforcement Learning, to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- System Validation: Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models to ensure reliability and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow or PyTorch. Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading high-performing engineering teams and managing project lifecycles.
