Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable AI/ML infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing.
- Lead the research and implementation of large language models (LLMs) and transformer architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and technical roadmaps.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the AI market.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and ethical AI compliance in all deployments.
- Drive technical decision-making during the full software development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar machine learning frameworks.
- Proven experience in designing distributed systems and cloud-native applications (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision is a plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
