Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Large Language Model (LLM) infrastructures.
- Lead research initiatives into fine-tuning, RLHF, and prompt engineering strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into consumer products.
- Ensure model robustness, fairness, and safety compliance (AI Governance).
- Mentor junior engineers and define technical best practices for the AI research team.
- Optimize model inference performance and reduce latency in production environments.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Transformer architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of publishing research or shipping high-impact AI products.
