Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI/ML architectures for large-scale data processing.
- Lead the fine-tuning and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative algorithms.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize model inference performance and reduce latency in production environments.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical AI guidelines.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for the AI research team.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or deep learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of NLP, transformers, and vector databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
