Responsibilities
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead the architecture and development of next-generation artificial intelligence systems, focusing on scalability and efficiency.
- Model Optimization: Design and implement state-of-the-art deep learning models, optimizing them for low-latency inference in production environments.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews, and establishing best practices for machine learning engineering.
- System Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, design) to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Deployment: Oversee the CI/CD pipeline and deployment of models to cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and reliability.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 2 years in a lead or architect role.
