Responsibilities

- Technical Strategy: Translate business requirements into technical roadmaps, establishing clear milestones for AI product evolution.

- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to global data privacy standards and ethical AI guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML, including at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Architecture: Proven experience designing MLOps pipelines and cloud-native AI solutions (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and deliver innovative solutions under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
