Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end machine learning solutions for complex business problems.
- Lead the research and implementation of state-of-the-art deep learning models (NLP, Computer Vision, Reinforcement Learning).
- Optimize existing algorithms for performance, scalability, and energy efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and data scientists.
- Define technical standards and best practices for AI development and deployment.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior architects and engineers.
- Monitor model performance and implement continuous improvement strategies.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and major ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and high-availability architecture.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
