Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable, high-performance ML infrastructure capable of supporting the computational demands of 2026 and beyond.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into cutting-edge algorithms, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and edge computing integration.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the deployment, fine-tuning, and optimization of proprietary models to ensure low latency and high accuracy in production environments.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate complex technical requirements into elegant, user-centric solutions.
- Security & Ethics: Implement robust governance frameworks to ensure AI systems are secure, transparent, and aligned with ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, or Rust. Deep understanding of TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Cloud Expertise: Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing distributed systems that handle high concurrency and massive data throughput.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges and innovate under pressure.
