Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical architecture for AI initiatives specifically targeting the 2026 product lifecycle and beyond.
- System Design: Architect robust, scalable, and secure machine learning pipelines and data infrastructure.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor emerging AI trends (e.g., LLMs, Quantum AI) to forecast technological shifts and integrate them into our roadmap.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical AI strategies.
- Code Review & Optimization: Oversee the implementation of best practices in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud-native architectures.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with a minimum of 3 years specifically in AI/ML engineering.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and translate high-level vision into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, large-scale data challenges.
