Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end AI solutions, from data ingestion to model deployment.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary machine learning algorithms tailored for 2026 infrastructure.
- Optimize deep learning models for high-scale production environments, ensuring low latency and high accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for model governance and ethical AI usage.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate emerging technologies like Quantum ML and Generative AI into our core stack.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead architectural role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face libraries.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying AI systems that have a measurable impact on business KPIs.
