In this role, you will design scalable, resilient systems that bridge the gap between today's AI and the advanced architectures required for 2026 and beyond.
What You Will Do:
- Architect and implement next-generation AI infrastructure designed for 2026 scalability.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating Generative AI and Large Language Models into enterprise solutions.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate complex business needs into robust technical roadmaps.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and high availability in cloud-native environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain scalable neural network architectures and data pipelines.
- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing interfaces, Edge AI) in our product suite.
- Conduct code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure best practices.
- Define performance benchmarks and KPIs for AI model efficiency.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing.
- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and managing technical debt.
- Familiarity with ethical AI guidelines and responsible AI deployment strategies.
