As part of our elite engineering team, you will design the neural infrastructure that powers our flagship products, ensuring they are not just functional, but revolutionary. You will work at the intersection of deep learning, distributed systems, and human-computer interaction.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable deep learning pipelines for Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems.
- Lead the research and development of novel algorithms focused on reasoning, planning, and autonomous decision-making.
- Optimize model inference performance for edge devices and cloud environments, ensuring sub-millisecond latency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Research, Security) to integrate AI capabilities into consumer-facing products.
- Establish best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and continuous learning in production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical vision of the AI division.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Artificial Intelligence.
- Extensive experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX, and familiarity with Hugging Face Transformers.
- Strong proficiency in distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale ML models to production with high availability.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of neural network architectures (Transformers, Diffusion, GNNs).
