Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define the technical vision and architectural roadmap for AI systems leading up to and beyond 2026.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of complex machine learning pipelines and neural network infrastructures.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Drive initiatives to enhance model accuracy, latency, and resource efficiency at scale.
- Integration: Lead the integration of AI solutions with existing enterprise ecosystems and cloud platforms.
- Ethical AI: Ensure all systems adhere to ethical guidelines, data privacy standards, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and AI/ML architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with LLMs (Large Language Models).
- Cloud Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems in high-stakes environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
