Responsibilities
- Architect Agent Pipelines: Design and implement scalable orchestration frameworks for autonomous AI agents using LangChain and modern microservices architecture.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor, tune, and optimize the latency and throughput of agent decision-making loops.
- Safety & Compliance: Implement guardrails and safety protocols to ensure AI agents adhere to ethical guidelines and enterprise compliance standards.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of DevOps and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Tool Development: Build internal tools to facilitate the rapid iteration and deployment of AI agents across various business verticals.
- Integration Strategy: Define the integration strategy for AI agents with legacy systems and third-party APIs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years specifically focused on AI/ML operations or large-scale system design.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust. Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus).
- Frameworks: Hands-on experience with orchestration frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGPT.
- DevOps: Strong background in containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in dynamic environments.
