Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, high-performance AI systems optimized for quantum hardware environments.
- Future-Proofing Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for Nexus Core Systems leading up to 2026, ensuring compatibility with emerging global standards.
- Research & Development: Spearhead R&D initiatives focused on quantum error correction and neural network optimization.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ethical Implementation: Establish and enforce rigorous ethical guidelines for AI deployment, ensuring transparency and fairness.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI or Quantum Computing.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Qiskit or similar quantum frameworks.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, unsolved problems in distributed systems and high-dimensional data spaces.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale technical projects.
