Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, ensuring high standards of presentation and taste.
- Engage with customers to take remote orders and manage digital platforms effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including espresso machines and seating areas.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role is a plus.
- Familiarity with coffee brewing equipment and espresso machines.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work remotely via phone or chat.
- Reliable internet connection for remote order processing.
- A friendly, positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
