Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and espresso drinks following standard recipes and plating standards.
- Engage with customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations.
- Operate POS systems efficiently and handle transactions.
- Maintain a pristine, organized, and sanitized workspace and equipment.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and energetic atmosphere.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on brewing techniques and new menu items.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required (we love to train).
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, latte art, and food safety regulations.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Reliable internet connection (required for remote-friendly administrative tasks).
