Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare specialty coffee drinks using premium beans and signature techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service in-store and via virtual consultations
- Operate POS systems and manage digital inventory through our remote portal
- Participate in virtual training sessions on new brewing methods and products
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all coffee stations
- Collaborate with remote team members to develop seasonal promotions
- Contribute to our online coffee education blog and social media content
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience or equivalent training
- Proficiency in espresso machines, pour-over, and cold brew techniques
- Strong digital literacy for remote work tools (Zoom, Slack, inventory software)
- Exceptional communication skills for in-person and virtual interactions
- Valid food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
