Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare specialty coffee beverages while maintaining quality standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service in fast-paced café environment
- Manage inventory and ordering via remote inventory software
- Train new baristas on brewing techniques and safety protocols
- Develop seasonal drink menus in collaboration with head roaster
- Engage with local community through pop-up events and partnerships
Qualifications
- 1+ years professional barista experience
- Proficiency with espresso machines and brewing equipment
- Strong knowledge of coffee origins and brewing methods
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently on remote tasks
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Food Handler's Permit (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Reliable transportation for occasional supply runs
