Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Manage online orders and remote customer inquiries via digital platforms
- Curate in-store coffee experiences while supporting virtual barista consultations
- Maintain pristine workspace hygiene and equipment functionality
- Collaborate with remote team members on inventory management and quality control
- Develop innovative brewing techniques for seasonal menu rotations
- Train new hires on both in-person and digital coffee protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year specialty coffee preparation experience
- Proficiency with POS systems and remote customer communication tools
- Valid New Mexico Food Handler's certification
- Exceptional time management with hybrid scheduling flexibility
- Strong digital literacy for remote support functions
- Knowledge of coffee bean sourcing and sustainability practices
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team cohesion
- Albuquerque residency required for local event participation
