Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized recommendations and warm interactions
- Manage digital orders and remote customer inquiries via our integrated CRM system
- Maintain pristine café operations including inventory management and equipment maintenance

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience or equivalent coffee expertise

- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic understanding of coffee brewing techniques and flavor profiles
- Strong organizational skills for remote task management and scheduling
