Responsibilities
- Prepare specialty coffee beverages with precision and artistry

- Coordinate with remote team members via cloud-based platforms
- Maintain café cleanliness and equipment hygiene standards
Qualifications
- 1+ years barista or customer service experience
- Proficiency with digital scheduling tools (e.g., When I Work)
- Basic inventory management software knowledge
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills for virtual team collaboration
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid Colorado Food Handler's Permit
