Responsibilities
- Design and execute quantum interface research protocols using neuro-sensory analytics
- Lead cross-functional teams of AI ethicists, neuroscientists, and quantum engineers

- Establish industry standards for quantum accessibility and inclusive design
- Present findings at global tech summits including Web3.0 and IEEE conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Cognitive Science/HCI with 8+ years quantum UX research experience
- Published peer-reviewed studies on human-machine interaction in quantum contexts
- Expertise in neuro-UX tools (EEG, fNIRS) and quantum simulation platforms
- Proven track record leading $2M+ research initiatives with Fortune 50 partners
- Deep understanding of quantum computing principles and qubit behavior
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit modeling
- Fluency in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices
- Speaking engagements at major tech conferences (TED, CES, SXSW)
