Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks for enterprise-scale applications
- Design quantum-resistant encryption protocols for next-gen cybersecurity
- Develop error-correction algorithms for fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D teams in quantum algorithm optimization
- Translate quantum computing requirements into hardware specifications
- Validate system performance through quantum simulation environments
- Collaborate with government and academic partners on quantum security standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum systems design
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC, etc.)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum-classical integration paradigms
- Publication record in quantum computing or related fields
- Experience with high-performance computing architectures (HPC)
- Security clearance eligibility preferred
