Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation challenges

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of quantum research
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and quantum circuit design
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications in quantum computing
- Experience with quantum simulators and hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, etc.)
- Strong mathematical foundation in linear algebra, probability, and information theory
- Exceptional problem-solving skills for complex quantum system challenges
