Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for machine learning optimization
- Develop error-correction protocols to enhance qubit stability beyond 99.9% fidelity
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to prototype quantum processors operating at 10 mK temperatures
- Lead cross-functional teams to commercialize quantum solutions for pharmaceutical R&D
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature Physics and IEEE journals
- Secure $5M+ in NSF and DARPA grants for quantum computing initiatives
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information science programs
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (2020-2026 graduates encouraged)
